PITTSBURG, Texas (November 21, 2010) – The producers of HUMANS vs ZOMBIES (HvZ) have released the names of four of their leading cast members.
MADISON BURGE of Friday Night Lights, will star in the role of TOMMI, a beautiful, walking daydream- of-a-tomboy gamer chic. By day, she is the co-moderator of the local HvZ game; by night, she hosts an online gaming video chat. BURGE currently stars as Becky Sproles on the NBC Universal Television series, Friday Night Lights.
When asked about her upcoming role Burge replied, “Killing zombies with screwdrivers and sledgehammers? Sounds like the perfect date to me!”
MELISSA CARNELL (Boggy Creek, Savage County) will star as AMANDA.
CHRISTINE QUINN (Shark Night 3D) will play MEGAN.
FRED DOSS (Transformers, G.I. Joe, Boggy Creek) will star as a gulf war veteran turned conspiracy theorist, FRANK.
“We’re excited with the talent we’ve signed and are anxious to get underway.” says HvZ director Brian Jaynes.
More cast announcements will be made over the next few days. Shooting begins on November 29th.
